Luncheon and 2006 Incentive Presentation
KLTTA to inspire players with cash reward
CASH incentives was given again to Kuala Lumpur table tennis players to encourage them to maintain and improve their performance in the new year 2007.
Kuala Lumpur Table Tennis Association (KLTTA) president Dato’ Low Keng Kok said the cash prizes were given in recognition and to support them to strive harder in table tennis sport in near future.
Dato’ K. K. Low also praised the Kuala Lumpur teams’ good performance during the 2006 National Table Tennis Championships in Batu Pahat, Johor, when they bagged two golds, three silvers and seven bronzes of medals in all the events.
“It’s great achievement as Kuala Lumpur also emerged as the Overall Champion for the
fourth consecutive year,” he said.
Players from the 2006 Under 13 boys and girls also performed well with one gold, one silver and two bronzes.
Forty players received 2006 incentives. Among them were Muhd Shakirin Ibrahim who received RM1700, Muhammad Shahrul Kamal RM700 and Goh Nai Ngee rewarded with RM800.
