1ST KLTTA CUP TABLE TENNIS TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2014

吉隆坡乒总杯乒乓团体锦标赛168选手参赛

(吉隆坡22日讯)  

吉隆坡乒乓总会于19日始在隆中华獨中光前堂举办为期两天的首届2014吉隆坡乒总杯团体锦标赛。该会会长拿督刘景国，联邦直辖区部体育理事会总监代表莫哈末哈菲兹 ，隆市政厅文化体育部总监代表雅兹拉兴皆莅临现场观礼。

拿督刘景国在致开幕词时表示欣慰赛事能在各造群策群力下顺利进行，他也呼吁球员们能本着公平竞争的心态完成比赛，塑造出一场高水平的赛事。拿督刘不忘感谢鼎力赞助此赛事的各界人士及政府部门，赛事在拿督刘见证开球礼后随即展开。

                                           

此次选手中不乏现任及前任国家代表如沙基林，蔡健明，秦奕辉，陈冠华等。此首届团体锦标赛参赛队伍共24队，每队代表为7人，除西马参赛队伍，尚有远道而来的东马球员，参赛者年龄最小为12岁至77岁高龄，足以证明运动无疆界及年龄之分。到现场观赛的乒乓爱好者皆给于充分的支持，使赛场气氛沸炀。     

             

此次赛会获胜队伍除得奖杯及奖牌，冠军也享有马币3000现金奖，亚军及季，殿军，则各别获2000，1000及500。排名第五至第八则获现金奖各250。         

                

在一番竞技之后，由国手沙基林为主帅，与贺正留，郑东琦，杨明盛，黄河啸及林禛隆组成的吉隆坡乒总甲队一举夺冠。以下为赛会成绩：

The Opening Ceremony was held on 19/04/2014 at 11.30 a.m., and was officiated by our President, Dato’ Low Keng Kok and attended guests from Majlis Sukan Wilayah Persekutuan Sports Official En Hafiz and DBKL Sports Official En Yazid.

There were twenty four teams from Penang and Klang Valley participated the championship. The final results and prize money for winning teams were as follows:
